Abraham Youngblood was the son of John Youngblood, Jr is proved by the deed in Columbia County, Georgia. Deed Bk. N, p21, mentioned earlier (in reference to John Jr.). The deed says his father was John Youngblood. As we have seen, this land was part of the original grant to John Youngblood, Jr. Abraham m. Amey McNeil on March 1, 1787 and the deeds to and from Abraham show that his wife's name was Amey.

Abraham maybe the son of (Peter Youngblood b. 1732 Edgefield District, South Carolina) and grandson of (Peter Youngblood b. ca 1700 Germany and Mary Wheals). - Larry Y. and Dorothy Q. claim DNA concludes Abraham is not son of John Y. Jr. above.
