Gladys Everett
NEDERLAND - Gladys Everett, 92, of Nederland died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2001, at Mid Jefferson Hospital.
A native of Spearsville, Louisiana, she lived in Port Arthur for 57 years before moving to Nederland four years ago. She was a homemaker and member of Central Baptist Church.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with the Rev. Phil Sigman officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty Adams of Nederland; a son, Charles Everett of Montgomery; three sisters, Berdelle Causey, Margie Wade both of Farmersville, Louisiana, and Dorothy Slaughter of Ball, Louisiana; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
